That is pretty crazy (in a good way). I'm surprised that this is the first time I've heard of this, especially since it looks like the video is already 4 years old.

I'd be really curious to see if they teach any seminars on resistance stretching, especially since it doesn't look like something that you can do on your own.

that looks like it hurts - in a good way. it looks like they incorporate quite a bit of yoga in those poses. i wonder if for the rest of us mortals, yoga would help??

8 hours??!! Whenever does she train?

I love the "no age limit on your dreams". I think I might be walking proof of that, too.

As a physical therapist I am a bit skeptical but will be looking it up to learn more. I think that there is a very, very, very narrow population that will benefit from this, read elite athletes at least to this extreme. My fear is, as this goes mainstream, people who are not qualified will be doing the stretching and there will be damage that occurs. Be careful out there, there are lots of crazy things people believe work. Some do, others don't. And NOTHING works for everyone.

I think I could help some certain people stretch like that :-)

A lot of the things she's doing are yoga poses with support and pressure via a 2nd person. There's partner yoga out there that would accomplish some of the same things. I'd be willing to say that hot yoga, offering the buffer of plenty of blood flow and warm tissue, would give many of the same benefits.
