Memorial Day

Freedom is a three legged stool. One leg is political freedom, the second leg is religious freedom, and the third leg is economic freedom. Neither a country nor an individual can be free in the absence of any one of these legs.

I hope today finds you in the company of friends and family to share fun and sport, but that you do so with an appreciation of the price paid by so many who have lived and died before us, and who, even today, continue to risk their lives and, in too many cases, have died for the promise of the three freedoms.

Stay tuned...
